Not overly impressed... (Review by Alex)
Quality

I am not overly impressed with the glove. The water repellent/warmth/dexterity combination drew me to this glove, and I have found that they do not repel water very well and seem to hold a lot of water in, do not dry out quickly, and have resulted in many days out with wet cold hands. I use the gloves primarily Ice climbing and skiing in the Adirondacks of New York. The Adirondacks have been very wet this winter, so I don't want to blame it all on the glove, but I was hoping for a higher level of performance.

The stitching on the leather seams of both thumbs have blown out after 2-3 months of moderate use, and the other fingers are showing visible signs of wear and will soon have the same fate.

What I do like about the glove is the climbing performance and fit. These gloves fit very well and allow me to work with ropes, tie/untie knots with ease, and sort out gear without fumbling. The grip of the leather on the palm is also great and I feel as though I have a better grip with these gloves than with others I have used in the past. If you plan to use these gloves in a dryer climate/conditions they are a great choice

True Glove (Review by Slim)
Quality

Pro:
-Superb Articulation and supple materials make for the best, most comfortable, easiest 'gripping-of-handles' of any glove I have ever tried.

-Single layer of fabric, no seams on tip of fingers, enhances dexterity/sensitivity over separate liner and shell fabrics which slide around beneath you finger tips.

-No membrane, so the best possible breathability and drying. As far as I know, this is the only insulated glove that doesn't have a membrane.

-Not black, trying to find a specific glove in the bin or backpack is very hard when they are all black.

-Cuff length: just long enough for my long arms, but not so long as to likely bother people with shorter arms.

Cons:
-Cuff length could be longer. Since it's so supple, a longer cuff wouldn't bother anything.

-Superfluous leather on back of hand. I have NEVER seen any wear on my gloves there, even ones I use for skate skiing. The extra layer reduces breathability and comfort. Fortunately it's easy to pick the stitching and remove it.

-No stretch. Freedom of movement is not the issue here, they offer plenty, but a snugger fit with stretch would offer even better dexterity, as well as slinging in and out of straits easier.

-Not terribly warm in the fingers, especially in the wind, like on the bike. The trip tip design with leather over the top rather than the high loft fleece sacrifices warmth in the tips. This is a trade off with dexterity and durability.

The best gloves. (Review by Christian F)
Quality

For years I have been searching for the perfect glove to ice and mixed climb in colder climates without sacrificing dexterity. My climbing partners have called me obsessed, laughing at my frustrations as I go through glove after glove, never satisfied. They say "there is no perfect glove for us and our frigid Midwestern wasteland". Well I am laughing now, my search is finally over. These gloves are amazing. They provide plenty of warmth and weather resistance, as well as being crazy dexterous. They are so comfortable that I think about wearing them as I do mundane chores around the house, fantasizing about the next sweet pitch. I have used them on all my outings this season, from clipping bolts mixed climbing to steep ice leads, with temps ranging from 5F-30F.

Bomber! (Review by Andrew)
Quality

These gloves are great! They are much warmer than just a thin soft shell glove, but still have all the necessary dexterity for leading. I've used them for ice leading and up to 5.9 rock and have managed to stave off the baddies thus far. These are now my go to glove for leading and general climbing use. I'm looking forward to having them for the 2015/16 guiding season and will happily reccomend them to clients.

Bomber Gloves (Review by R.B. Harris)
Quality

Bomber, no joking around, all business pair of waterproof, warm gloves... notice I say warm, if your looking for Hot gloves try something else. These have a great fit that gives you the ability to still use the dexterity of your fingers to grab small technical things. As a camera man I could still fully operate my camera without having to take them off. The large loops on the cuff make it fast and easy to put them on. The best design I've seen for a glove of this kind.

Perfect (Review by Alex O)
Quality

I recently received these gloves with other items from OR and I am very pleased with the fit. I ordered a medium hoping the medium sizing was universal to all brands and sure enough it was. They fit great.

The video above in my opinion really tarnishes this product. In the video the gloves look ratty and baggy, but when you get them they tell a different story. Thanks again OR. Where are my stickers? ;)
