Q:
Would this fleece cut the wind at all? Does it have Windstopper or Windbloc fleece? If not, could you suggest something. I am looking for a jacket for my Dad-- a windstopper type fleece coat with a hood. Thank you.

  The Spark does not have any wind stopping capabilities compared to that of a Windstopper laminate. We do not produce a Windstopper fleece in our current line. The Powerhouse Hoody will be the most similar.

  Actually, it does have an adjustable waist. Cinch-able drawcords at the hips.
