best cap ever

I liked this cap so much I ordered another for a spare. The hat looks good, the folding bill is genius, it's cotton and breathes well, and it's very durable. I like the shorter bill, doesn't get in the way. Several people have commented on how cool the cap looks, if that's important to you!

The XL is REALLY XL, but I soaked it in hot water and left it out in the sun and if fit perfectly. I wear hats all the time in the summer and this is the one I wear unless I'm out for a long time and need a brim all around.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

      Great question! The Transit has a slightly different make-up of 98%cotton and 2% spandex where the Radar is made-up of 100% Supplex® nylon making the Transit slightly stiffer. For humid summer hiking, the Radar with it's light weight and breathability may be the best of the two.

    My head measures 22 3/4 inches so I'm between sizes for the Radar caps. Would you recommend an M or an L? I really dislike a tight fit but I don't want to lose the hat in the wind. I simply want a comfortable hat I can wear all day.

      Sounds like you're closest to the Medium. The medium has a circumference of 57.5cm where-as the Large is at 59.5cm.
