For the general hat functionality I really like the hat. It's warm and covers the head and neck very well. You can also fold it easily (flat) and put it in your pocket. The area where I have a big issues is the straps used to hold the flaps back behind the head or strap it around your chin are terrible. This is a major design error or someone trying to save a nickel. The buckle is too flat and tiny. It's hard to open blind (behind your head) or close under your chin with warm bare hands. It's completely impossible to do it with gloves or if your hands are cold. I have lots of OR products and generally love their design and quality. This one happens to be a nice idea, but with one fundamental design flaw. It's a Winter hat, your fingers are going to be cold or you will be using gloves. Think!!
