Water-resistant, siliconized microfiber insulation that mimics the loft and compressibility of down but remains warm when wet. PrimaLoft® One is the ultimate microfiber insulation. Ultra-fine fibers are specially treated in a patented process and then combined into an insulating core that is incredibly soft, lightweight and water resistant. PrimaLoft® One absorbs three times less water, and is 14% warmer when dry and 24% warmer when wet than the competitive insulation. Outdoor Research utilizes PrimaLoft® One in select ice climbing, skiing and mountaineering handwear.
