- Stellar piece of gear (Review by Jeremy)
The Ferrosi Hoody is my go to year round. From skinning up Rainier to misty trail runs, and cool desert nights, this jacket has been with me all across the country. It also looks pretty good come the evening expedition for food and a beverage.
Breaths just enough. DWR is just enough. Mobility is excellent.
Get the shorts too, you won't be disappointed.

- Hands down my favorite jacket I've ever owned (Review by Brendan)
I have worn the Ferrosi Hoody on multi-pitch climbs, trail runs, bike rides, mountain bike rides, hiking and backpacking since 2011. It's the perfect lightweight soft shell for mountain weather in the Rockies for everything except skiing!

- Instant favorite (Review by Nick)
This hoodie at first seemed a bit too lightweight, but when I wore it out on a run I realized it's absolutely perfect for high energy activities in moderate cool/rainy to warmer weather.
It's easy to throw on when you're out on in the sun, because it provides perfect cover with the hood up, which is also nice not to need to bother with sunscreen. It crunches up super tight, so it can be in a day pack just in case without adding extra weight or space.
To top it off, it moves with you to the point where it feels almost like part of your body. Instant favorite, well worth the purchase.

- Great jacket... with one serious flaw (Review by b1rdcat)
I am a huge fan of this jacket. It does everything advertised - It's super comfortable, and looks great. I would recommend it to anyone...
with one note:
REMOVE THE ZIPPER PULLS!
The design team at OR should take into consideration, the zipper pulls on the current iteration have a texture that catches on the fabric and causes pilling (especially around the pocket).
Luckily, this issue is easily resolved by removing/changing the zipper pull.
That's all :)
