- Great Pack... With 1 Totally Unacceptable Flaw (Review by igmaino)
Upon initial inspection this pack seemed like just the ticket. It's light and has a number of pockets to keep things organized. Could the back panel use a thin piece of foam to add some structure and protect your back from hard or sharp objects? Maybe... but that doesn't really fit with the reasons a person would buy this pack, so no biggie.
The major issue with this pack as of June 2016, is that the ladder lock buckles used on the shoulder straps do not work. The slightest amount of tension causes them to slip. Also, the straps are so long that even with the sternum strap in the lowest position it will start to ride up and choke you when heading down the trail.
Truthfully... I've only used the pack once... Today. My wife and I were out and we packed a rain jacket, (2) diapers, wipes, changing pad, sun screen, bug spray, camera, and spare clothes for our 8 month old son. This isn't a terribly heavy load. Considering this pack has a sleeve for a hydration bladder I would have imagined that it was designed to carry considerably more weight that what we had. Yet... anytime the trail headed downhill the pack straps would start to slip with every step. If you were really careful and didn't jostle the pack too much it would stay put, but that's just not acceptable.
If these buckles didn't suck so much I'd probably give the pack 5 stars. It exactly what you'd think a pack like this should be, but the terrible buckles make it totally unusable.

- Perfect climbing pack (Review by Chris)
I don't write a lot of product reviews as I'm pretty skeptical about the veracity of many reviews. But in this case, I just have to say something. For our specific implementation, that is, carrying our necessities with us on multi-pitch rock climbs, this pack is absolutely PERFECT! It weighs nothing and stuffs into one of its own pockets to easily carry in a crag pack to wherever we are climbing; it has multiple zip pockets and - a make-or-break item for us - a hydration sleeve. At the base of the climb, we take the hydration bladder out of our crag pack and slip it in this pack, throw a couple of packable rain jackets, sun screen, snacks, etc. into the various pockets, and the follower carries the pack. It is so light and compact whoever is carrying it instantly forgets it is there. Absolutely PERFECT. We ordered a second one just to have a backup on the shelf in case OR quits making this someday.

- wish I ordered two (Review by brygil)
As soon as I opened the box, my wife stole this from me. I was psyched to use it for a light weight climbing pack, carrying my shoes etc. up long routes. But my wife claimed it for grad school; computer, books and lunch.
