- New favs (Review by Mobetta)
Bought the shorts this summer and the pants just recently. These are now the go to pants for any day. I really like the stretchablility of the material. 5-7 / 145 and the 30" is perfect. My thighs are bigger so the stretch material makes movement easy.I like the paneled front because I have to be on my knees adjusting blocks for my motor-home in the winter. Pockets are good but not sure yet what I will put in the small leg pocket, very small detail. Great quality up this point.

- Hold up well. (Review by Mike)
I have two pair. When I first received them, it didn't seem like they were too tough, but they're tougher than expected. I've now had them for six months and they're both in great shape. The only issue I've had is that it seems on one pair that the elastic stretch has broke on specific areas and you can see where the elastic has bunched up after breaking. Only one pair has done this, and otherwise has held up great even after multiple bouldering and hiking trips, as well as daily wear. The other pair has not done this at all and actually gets used more. It truely seems to just be a fluke, and while I'm sure OR would replace them, their used for hiking and it hasn't bothered me at all.

- Great idea but... (Review by Gearguy)
I really liked these pants the first few months I wore them. After almost a year now of both climbing and casual wear, there's a funny thing happening to the fabric. The cotton has shrunk in repeated washings/dryings, whereas the spandex has not, so this gives the pants a wavy, uneven texture that looks weird. I would encourage the next iteration of these pants to be thoroughly preshrunk or something. I've had this same think happen with other manufacturers cotton/spandex blend pants as well.
The other major issue is that I wish they came in different lengths. For tall dudes, they're a bit short, which is fine for climbing and wearing with chacos, etc., but if you actually want to wear them to work, it's an issue. Overall comfy and versatile pants!

- Great pants (Review by Vinny, Northern MN)
Best purchase I’ve made in years! They are made of extremely comfortable stretch cotton that doesn’t look like spandex. I have worn them traveling everywhere. Comfortable enough for long road trips, yet plenty sturdy to jump out of the car and hike the backcountry. I have gone from slitting wood to a nice restaurant without having to change pants. Great for all occasions. Possibly the finest all around pants a rural living guy, that has to go to town once in a while, could own. My wife digs how they look on me too, I just wish they had my size in stock more often. I would suggest sizing down rather than up, if you are in between sizes (if you are a 33" waist get the 32", not 34")

- best of the best (Review by skiven)
these quickly became my favorite pants. From trail work to bushwhacking to the trail these have it covered. The nice stretch allows you to move freely through the forest over and under logs and squirling through the Rhododendron. Once on the trail they are tough enough to withstand the beating of trail work yet do no have me wishing I had a lighter weight pant because of the heat. The only thing I may have done differently is ordering them in a dark color so it wasn't so obvious I was re-wearing them. I give them as much use in a month and a half as many folks do over a year, and they are still worth of wearing out to dinner with my parents

- Most Comfortable pants Ive ever worn (Review by Jack )
I love these pants, and they are easily the most comfortable pants I've ever worn. I haven't been able to climb in them yet but just for backpacking and hiking they are incredibly nice. The gusseted crotch makes it easy to take a knee or take that extra long step or hop across streams, rivers, rocks, etc. If your debating on whether to get one color over another just get them both. I bought one pair and I'm wishing I would have bought one in every color. Can't speak highly enough of this design. Great work O.R. keep it coming.

- Bomber yet dapper (Review by Levie)
I ordered these pants just expecting to get another pair to bash up against rock but when they arrived in the mail my wife fell in love with them. Therefore, she makes me wear them out in public too and I have got nothing but compliments. I wear a 32 and I found the fit to be true to size. I like the stretch of the pants because at first look I thought there is no way these pants stretch as advertised but I was amazed.

- Awesome but check size (Review by Dan)
These are awesome, but I've found all OR pants fit me at size 30, when with everything else I'm a 32" YMMV.

- Best pants (Review by Wheelock)
Wearing a pair right now, and am ordering more. Haven't owned mine more than a few months, but they are my favorite. Everything fits perfect on me. The pockets are great, the feel of the fabric is excellent, and they move with my body just right. Good bouldering pants. Never been a fan of this kind of pant in a harness, but everyone has their own opinions.
I can't find anything wrong with these. Hope they last for years and years.

- Buying more (Review by Wheelock)
I haven't had the chance to experience long term durability yet, but am about to order a few more pair. Every now and then a pair of pants is just exactly what you want, and that's what these are for me. True to size, great length for my 6'1" self, and fantastic feel. Excellent dexterity when roped up in these, and they look great. All I could want.

- Awesome (Review by Freddy Grossniklaus IFMGA guide)
I just purchased the Dead-point pants. Awesome pants, casual fit, the legs are long enough and the pockets are deep. THe feel of the garment is super, looks like a carhart but has such a nice soft feel. I pet it holds up at least as good as a carhart. The pants to go cragging and to the Saloon as I just did yesterday. Fool on western look! Well done.

- Men's Deadpoint Pants™ (Review by By New River Mike)
The fabric of these pants feels like a canvas/denim mix. They are burly enough for crashing through briar patches or thrashing up crack climbs without being too heavy. They also look great. My only complaint is with the fit. They are a similar sized waist and length (32/32) so for a bean pole like me, they are a bit loose in the waist. For a 'normal' sized person they would fit perfect.

- Men's Deadpoint Pants™ (Review by By Jason, mixed climber extrodinaire)
I'm super happy with these and they are a great second generation model to the previous (vagabond?). Having the rough texture of the canvas is great for when you need to get down and dirty with a crack, or apply some body part friction to the wall. The stretch is something you don't get in Carharts (that I'm aware of) and makes a big difference for me.
