- Great versatility and will keep you dry (Review by Cam)
These are great! Comfortable on the ice and no restrictions. Love the suspender design and the ease of the full zip for quick donning. They've been tested and worked to keep the heaviest of rain out and are a 'must have' in my pack. The only gripe I have is the attachment for the 'gaiter loop' for the existing shock cord that can be used to wrap under the boot is near the rear of the kevlar scuff guard and it pulls the guard around more towards the instep of your boot leaving the rear of the pant exposed to crampon strikes. I've put a couple holes in them now because of it. Suggest a larger scuff guard area (180 degrees) to help the longevity of this great pant. Or more central location to attach the cord.

- Good Quality, Poor Fit (Review by Nick)
These seem like a good quality set of pants but I would advise sizing up as the fit is not adjusted. I measured the inseam at 32" on my size medium (which is what the sizing chart defines as medium as well) but I expected that the garment would have allotted for having some sort of insulating layer underneath, which does not. In reality, I am a 33-34 without layers so I will have to return the pants.
Beware also, a video online:
shows an inaccurate or previous version of these pants (what I was expecting, based on fit and form). The current version of these pants does not sit nearly as high, fits much tighter, and does not have the built-in gaiters as shown on the video.
Again, the pants seem like they are good quality but it is beyond me why they would not have adjusted the fit. As far as shell layers go, the only reason you would carry or wear a shell this heavy would be for wetter and colder climates.

- Almost perfect (Review by Michel)
Even if it's been said before, I thought I should say it again;
These pants are very nice on many levels. They fit well, are well built, strong and confortable. The only thing they lack, which is a major flaw to me (as I'm now stuck with them but can't use them) is that they don't fit over ski boots. With this, they would have been perfect!
Consider these pants if you're looking for a strong piece of gear that will keep you dry and protected from wind even in harsh conditions, from commuting in bad weather to alpine expeditions. But look elsewhere if you intend to get a piece of gear that will follow you everywhere and you intend to do some skiing!

- good gore tex pro but too tight of a fit (Review by Garrett)
I love the gore tex pro but the bottoms will not fit over my ski boots or snowboard boots. With all aggressive ski or board boots these pants will not fit over. They may be wonderful with mountaineering boots but I found that I could not wear many layers underneath either. Just be careful not too expect the bottoms of the pants to fit over a large boot. I went with the furio pants and they work wonderful. not too tight and not heavily insulated to work as a good shell in the summer.

- Not good ski pants (Review by Tom)
Good quality pants as usual for OR but these ski pants will not fit over my ski boots. Did not notice the trim fit when I ordered but I would think they would still fit over ski boots.

- Excellent shell pants for many activities (Review by t.Bone)
This is a review of last year's model and if I know OR these will be an improvement of the last. Thought I would share.....I use these weekly for snowboarding resorts and hitting the backcountry in the high county of Colorado. After a full season of use (both boarding and snowmobiling into the BC) I can honestly say I don't see any wear and on them at all. I personally like the extra pockets in the tummy area, the built-in belt, the extra durability where you need it, and the suspenders are always a must have on those pow pow days! One very well designed aspect of this pant is the fully zippered legs for keeping cool at break time. Great value in a slim fit pant that fits over snowboard boots. They are not tight and not baggy, perfect fit for my comfort and taste!
