Great product to keep the heat in and prevent chill blaines and frost bite on the ears while staying light weight. Tight fit, but just a hair too small and I wear xtra small military hats (generally 6 7/8). Wish that the ear flags were just a bit longer.

Perfect for shoveling snow, running, hiking.

Comments about Wind Warrior Hat!":

I have a previous year's edition. By itself for active sports, I'm good to about -25°C. It's tight to your head, so it's easy to put another hat as another layer on top. That's a better combination for climbing and camping. When it's going to be cold or windy, this hat is with me. It survives machine washing in cold water very well.

Q:
I am right in between the sizing on this hat and was wondering if I should go up to a large or down to a medium? My head measures 22 3/4" or 58cm. Does this material have much stretch to it?

  Thanks for your question, Joe. Sorry about the delay in getting back to you. I'd recommend going up to a Large in the Wind Warrior. Although the Wind Pro material does stretch a bit, most of the hat is made from Windstopper which really won't stretch. I think the safer bet is size Large.
