Women's Stormbound Jacket™

Style# 95057OR

Red Mountain's wildly deep snow, challenging terrain and blisteringly cold temperatures require a highly technical, warm and waterproof jacket. Built for big-mountain freeride, the fully seam sealed Stormbound Jacket seals out the snow and holds in the heat thanks to the waterproof, breathable Pertex® Shield+ outer and a combination of bonded channels filled with 650 fill power down, and strategically-placed Thermore® synthetic insulation. The Stormbound comes equipped with a zip-out powder skirt, helmet-compatible hood and zippered pit zips to dump excess heat.

suited cold and mild weather (Review by merrysnowshine)

Planned to used this as a coldest day only jacket but have found it to be not overly hot on milder days as well as very comfy on bitter cold days.
Fit is true to size with the exception of sleeves being 2" longer than average on me

Love my Stormbound (Review by Barbara)

I bought an earlier version of the Stormbound and OR has definitely revamped the style. Fits much, much better than the old version. The back scoops down a bit to cover your backside when riding chairs or just skiing the slopes. It's my go to jacket when storm skiing in the Tetons, think bitter cold, high winds, and low visibility. It is truly wind proof and waterproof. Lots of pockets to stash an extra balaclava or snacks. Fits true to size.

warm, dry and happy (Review by chanel)

Although I bought this jacket to stay toasty warm skiing this winter, I have worn it almost every weekend this fall spectating our kids' crew regattas. The generously down-filled hood provides shelter and warmth from the Northwest's whipping wind and rain. The waterproof shell keeps all that cozy down dry and the heat in, so I am able to stand comfortably in any weather for hours between their races. I'm excited to hit the slopes this winter because I know I will be warm and happy no matter what!
