- good, but could be great (Review by aleday)
The filament is a very good lightweight insulation layer. I've found it best as a stuff-away for a multi-pitch alpine climb or as a stop-and-hydrate pit stop on a long late winter/early spring ski tour when the temps aren't too cold, but you need a little extra warmth.
Please, OR, make a good garment great by giving the filament a helmet-compatible hood.

- exceeded expectations (Review by foreigner)
Love the feel of it; weightless, warm, comfortable. My son and I were fighting over who was going to wear it while watching TV. It's like wearing a personal cloud around you.

- So warm and light (Review by Jon)
Terrific piece of insulation. Honestly, this winter I've used it as much in the house as the turn-the-thermometer down house-shirt. But, I was doing a Catskill ravine (ice), ditched the parka and had this - wonderful, and my mind was blown when I realized that the pullover will be even handier as a big rock route ultra-light layer come summer. Thanks OR!

- Warmth without weight (Review by Dacker)
The Filament Pullover is astonishingly warm for its lightweight. I sometimes wear it as my insulating layer when backcountry skiing (at least until I heat up), but even if I don't intend to wear it I'll stuff it in the pack for emergencies. It takes up almost no room, and adds an extra layer of insulation if you are forced to bivy.

- Best insulation ever (Review by DMG)
Cool when its warm, Warm when its cool.
Packs down to nothing.
Ripstop fabric works great, I have caught it many times and not ripped the shell.
Buy one now.

- Light and warm (Review by Freddy Grossniklaus IFMGA guide)
I was waiting for OR to build that pullover. Super lightweight, compressible and pocket were it can be stowed away. No extras that weight the pullover down. Slick in design and cool colors. The down filling of 800 will add some warmth to a cold body and it is small enough to wear under a water proof jacket or just over a soft shell. A must for all seasons.

- Men's Filament Pullover™ (Review by By Tom Murphy)
The filament jacket is a super versatile piece that I use all the time. It is light and compresses down to the size of an orange. It's warm enough to be your warmest layer for cool nights in the summer or as part of a layering system for cold weather ascents and descents. It's so small that it makes a great security layer, just in case.

- Men's Filament Pullover™ (Review by By Nik)
Was blown away at how light this piece is and how warm it is for its weight. Taken this piece climbing a few times now and has been fairly durable for the light weight material used. Love this piece of clothing and it comes with me everywhere now.
