Men's Transfer Jacket™ (Review by By Skiattack)

I have used this product on spring days backcountry skiing when the forecast is good. It is a great layer to wear all day long. I usually don't take it off unless things really heat up. I like to wear this layer rock climbing as well. It protects from wind, its breathable, and can take a beating. It also looks good around town.

Men's Transfer Jacket™ (Review by By Levie)

This jacket is a real bargain and I find myself wearing it more than any of my other jackets. Thats probably due to the mild weather where I live but I rarely find myself overheating in it. I can wear the jacket when its 30 degrees outside and then come inside and I do not have to take it off. The zipper pull on this jacket is not as stiff as my other OR jackets either which can be a pain when your hands are full. The zippers on the pockets are nice to secure gear on the move and they are fleece lined as well so they actually provide warmth. I have worn this jacket in snow flurries to light rain and I have not had a drop of moisture penetrate the soft shell material. I like the fit of the jacket but if you wear long sleeves underneath special effort will need to be made so they do not bunch. I am in between sizes at either a Med or Large depending upon the standard or athletic fit of the jacket. I am 5'9" 177lbs with semi broad shoulders so I went with the large. At first, I thought the sleeves were too long but I adjust the nice velcro adjustments on the wrist and I now prefer the length. With the longer sleeves I can reach without losing warmth to the sleeves going up my arm.
