Can this be used for temperatures in the teens and below? I live in MN that's why I ask. I would usually have a light sweatshirt underneath.

Is the 575730R material the exact same as the 575720R (with hoody). From the pics it looks like the Hoody is more shiny and slightly different material composition- is that the case?
