    Are these pants insulating?

    What I'm looking for is water-resistant or water-proof pants that I can wear as "normal" everyday pants (like jeans) that won't over-heat me when I'm indoors.

      These are not an insulated type pant and do not feature high weather resistant properties. The Rambler Pant may be a better option.

      A:

      The Salvo utilize a trim fit construction to the standard fit of the Aspect. They are a new addition to the Fall/Winter 2012 line as the Aspect Pants have been discontinued. The Salvo feature a different cut and design compared to the Aspect and did not so much replace them, but supplemented them as we continue to change and evolve our line going forward.
