    what type of mitten liner do you recommend for these revel shells.

      A:

      A variety of liners can be used with these shells. It's dependent on the conditions and how warm you need the mitts to be. Colder the conditions, heavier the liner. A mitt or glove liner can be used but note that a mitt liner will be warmer.

    Are these just one thin layer of the nylon? I have a pair of just the shell (no insulation) and have used them for well over 10 year over my other old gloves and LOVE them but my old OR shells have worn thru from use... thank you!
