Hiking

I bought these for hiking as a science camp instructor. They are not very flattering and baggy in the the hips and waist. I should've gotten a smaller size but I went with a large since mediums are usually too short for me. If they are a women's pant I hoped they would have a better fit but they fit like a man's pant.

  The XS is the same as XP. Just the English and French version. You have a size extra small. Size small would be S/P.

Q:
I have never bought OR pants before. From the size guide I would think I would be a 6 in the Solitaire Convert Pant but according to a reviewer it sounds like they run large. Help! I am always a size 4 @ Patagonia if you know how their fit compares to yours:)

  I almost always wear a size 10 but was at a store and bought these in a size 8 and they are PERFECT - they are VERY flattering but yes, you may have to size down (better than sizing up!)

  Generally, I recommend following the sizing chart online, but if it helps, I wear a size 6 W's in Patagonia as well as OR.
