- Quiet Goretex! (Review by BROOKE )
I bought this jacket for upcoming ski touring season as I heard that Gore was thinking about canceling this fabric and I wanted something water proof, but quiet. I am happy that they decided to keep it! Because of the crazy weather this season in Colorado, I have worn this jacket constantly. It is lightweight, very breathable, and is quiet like a soft shell. It has been light enough that I am not too hot wearing it. The hood is helmet compatible and covers well. I am 5'9" and 127 pounds and bought a size small in Sangria. The fit is generous for me to layer, but tailored enough to look good over a t shirt. It is more beautiful in life than in the picture because it is a heathered rose color and I get many compliments on it. This fabric is not available in a men's jacket unfortunately as some of my male climbing and skiing partners ask me where they can get one too. I am going to try this jacket as an outer layer for skiing and ice climbing in the winter as I think it will stand up to the elements quite nicely. It is spendy, but so far a great investment.

- Feels like cotton, totally waterproof! (Review by EPD)
This jacket is lightweight, waterproof, and feels and looks great. For a rain jacket, the feel of the exterior fabric is amazing; soft and smooth like cotton but performs as a wind/rain jacket. Mine is a medium and fits true to size with a helmet compatible hood and nice, long sleeves. A simple, no frills design makes this a great piece for alpine climbing, hiking, and backcountry skiing in damp environments; very compressible and so far, very durable. I also really like the grey color with the blue zipper, a nice aesthetic addition!

- Great Jacket (Review by ropesqueen)
This jacket is lightweight yet durable and the noise is minimal. I LOVE the halo hood closure. The hood fits around the head without bunching the fabric and keeps the hood were it should be, on your head! My only two complaints are that there are no pit zips and that the main zipper doesn't have two pulls. I like being able to unzip the bottom for belaying. But the higher pockets are very nice. Yet another great product from OR!

- Durable, Breathable Rain Jacket (Review by alpinerodeo)
If you’re looking for a durable, yet breathable rain jacket, the Clairvoyant is a good choice. It’s rugged enough that you can wear it climbing (including chimneys) yet breathable so you don’t get too sweaty while performing activities. The bicolor zipper adds some neat flair too! I’m a big fan of pit-to-hip zips, so if I were to make one minor change to this jacket, I’d add these zips. But the breathability definitely helps.
