Women's Radiant Hybrid Jacket

Style# 92351OR

There are some pieces of gear that go with you on every single adventure. The Radiant Hybrid Jacket™ is one of those. It's the perfect combo of warm, insulating fleece where you're most exposed to the elements and breathable light fleece where your body needs to let heat escape. Wear it under a shell for extra warmth on stormy high alpine epics or as your outer layer on a cool morning approach, or throw it over a tee on the way to grab your morning coffee; this piece works as well under or over, as an inner or outer layer. Don't worry - we won't blow your cover if you can never find a time when you're not wearing it to give it a wash.

Women's Radiant Hybrid Jacket (Review by By Ellen)

This is slowly replacing a few other 'softshell' jackets I own for springtime skiing and winter cold nordic skiing. It is fairly warm (warmer than it might appear in this photo). I used it today, skiing a steep chute in 35 degree temps. Perfect for the descent - enough wind resistance to handle light winds, as well as just enough warmth so I don't need to put on another layer. Thumb loops are key for cold winter nordic skiing or cold winter uphill skinning. I only hope that someday this would have a hood. I got a size large and it is a bit long, but still fits somewhat tighter through the waist and hips (okay, and that's where I'm a little...wide.) I'm usually a size 8-10 in womens. I like longer jackets though when I have a ski or backpack on....
