The list of features includes a heat packet pocket on the back of the liner, but I can't seem to locate it. Is this a misprint? thanks

  • Q:

    Hi,

The probably seems incredible excessive, but I’m considering a pair of these for my wife, who can never keep her hands warm in winter regardless of the gloves we’ve bought.

My question is, is it recommended to use a liner, or smaller inner gloves with the mitts? If so, can you send me a link to some OR recommendations. Thanks!

      A:

Additional liners will provide extra warmth. Any of the W's PL series would be appropriate choices.

What are the biggest differences between the women's and men's Alti mittens? Is it just the sizing?

  • Q:

The other mitts say either 100 or 300 weight fleece liners. What is the equivalent weight of the fleece inside the mitt? I always have cold hands skiing. These seem designed more for a tough environment than for cold.

      A:

Kayak fool you're in luck. The liners on these aren't fleece. Instead it has 340g of Primoloft One a synthetic insulation that is warmer and less bulky than fleece. The mittens are designed for some of the coldest and toughest environments on the plant but work just fine for skiing if your hands run on the cold side.
