Ses pattes cache-oreilles à isolant en duvet garantissent la rétention optimale de la chaleur au niveau de la tête. C’est par là que le corps perd le plus rapidement la chaleur. This is an excellent hat to have when the temps drop and you need something more substantial than a beanie, but aren't into looking like a cast member from 'Fargo'. The 650-fill down is perfect for keeping things warm-and-light without the unnecessary excess of a higher fill weight. The chin strap keeps it from blowing off, and the drawcord at the rear keeps things nice and snug to seal in that feathery warmth. I also love how the brim folds in half, reducing the size down to easy pocketability, and at a light-as-a-snowflake 3 ounces, it's easy to take everywhere. (Okay, it's a lil' bit heavier than a snowflake, unless you're talking about some of our wet Cascadian crud.)

  The Transcendent Hat is not waterproof. The fabric is ultralight ripstop polyester.
