We receive many requests for support in the form of both gear and money and every one of them sounds cool, but we're a small company with limited budgets for such things. So what to do? We've done a great deal of soul searching about this and we've settled on a simple idea: use the money we once spent on sponsoring individuals in a way that more effectively supports the broadest cross section of our customers' interests and concerns. We have always built partnerships with non-profit organizations that seek to preserve the wild places we love so much, and these days we are doing more of it. We have also reached out to groups that help people access wild places in an educated and safe way as well as those that spread the word about the importance of the human powered adventure experience.
