Comfortable all day and night pants

Best fitting hiking pants I've worn. They are so comfortable from the beginning of the day until the end. They look great whether walking around in the woods or in the city. I can't get over how comfortable they are. The pockets are big almost too big things can fall out of your pocket if moving in weird ways. The side zipper pocket is great for a wallet or keys or passport when traveling. The material feels great I'd wear these over my favorite jeans any day.

Great, light pant for any occasion

Great pant, so happy they come in the longer inseam. Draw elastic around the cuffs allows you to tighten the legs so they don't drag when you don't have shoes on. I knew a 33" inseam so this feature is nice to have. I also have the voodoo pant and these are definitely lighter weight. Very comfortable in warmer weather to keep the mosquito off your legs. Highly recommended.

Perfect for summer

Very comfortable. I was looking for some light but smart enough trousers to wear for working indoors and outdoors during the summer. They are a great fit, very comfortable and ideal in the heat and humidity.

I plan on buying another pair

These pants have a pretty trim fit but they move incredibly well.

Light, Seem Durable!

Great so far! I was worried about the durability, but they seem to be holding up well. I use them for climbing and hiking. Very light weight. Do not breath well.

Solid adventure pants

These pants are just about perfect for hiking and backpacking. The lightweight material allows for breathability and mobility during the summer, while the waterproofing enables them to serve well on winter backcountry trips (when paired with appropriate baselayers). I wore my Ferrosi pants on just about every hike and backpacking trip that I did last year, and they were excellent. My only complaint is that they did wear out rather quickly, and my last pair developed several holes. If your adventures involve quite a lot of bouldering, I would encourage you to look at OR's other options.

Finally found technical pants that fit

I've been wearing loose-goosey, unflattering hiking pants for years, for all manner of activities (hiking, climbing, cycling, etc.). But it looks like I've finally found some pants that don't make me look like nerdlord supreme with the Ferrosi pants. Slim, but not tight, just stretchy enough, sizing was perfect (I got a 32 long, I'm 6'3" and 190). Thank you, OR, for making such a great pant at a competitive price point. So far they repel water and wind quite well - haven't really pushed the durability boundaries yet so can't speak to that aspect of them.

Love these pants and other products from the Ferrosi Line

I like them, but the quality is low

These pants are comfy and versatile, for sure. But... I have some concerns about quality. Right out of the box I noticed that the stitching on my particular pair of pants was not very even, but I thought, whatever I'll still wear them. Then on the first outing the waist button came off and got lost (waiting on RA# from OR). So... I'm hoping that I just got a faulty pair and the replacement will be of higher quality. My wife ordered a pair of Women's Ferrosi Pants at the same time that I ordered these, and her pants don't seem to have any defects. Hopefully this is not a sign of changes in OR's manufacturing/quality control, cause that'd be sad.

Comfortable and quick drying, but stitching quality is poor

Unfortunately after less than 3 days of use, I noticed threads in the crotch area starting to fray, and I will have to sew them. They are very comfortable, however, for the price, I expect higher quality and more durability's
