just took this on a 5 day sea kayaking trip and trusted it to keep my sleeping bag dry and cozy. worked great, even when the hatch got some water in it. I have a -7C down sleeping bag, which barely fits so anything warmer i'd go with the 15L.
Dry and light
I use it for canoeing and backpacking and it's perfect.
Cool piece of kit
I recently was flying out to to a camping and fishing trip and I was able to squeeze 4 days of clothes into this compression sack and travel with just carry on luggage. When I was camping it doubled as my pillow, great product, many uses. Definitely will be utilizing this on future deployements
Do the Dew
I can fit 3 pairs of pants and 3 long sleeve shirts in the 15L. Seems to be a great fit, looking forward to testing it.
Great piece of gear!
Works really well, none of my stuff got wet, and it makes packing clothing more of a treat than a chore. I want the larger and smaller sizes now, to customize how I load my pack. My only concern is durability, I think I heard a couple of stitches pop. Nothing has broken yet though, so I may have been mistaken.

At last! A waterproof compressible stuff sack with the right dimensions (long relative to diameter) and features that allow me to stuff it with my sleeping bag and down clothing and strap it to the top of my pack or under the top lid, thus freeing up a lot of space inside. I wonder why nobody else has thought of this. Where have you been, Sea to Ski?
I keep buying these!
Great product, waterproof, compression sack... speaks for itself. Ive taken these hiking, canoeing, biking, whatever, and it holds up every time. One of the best products OR makes.

Great kit compressor
Will still compress down even when mostly sealed.
Best Compression Bag
I did the Juan De Fuca Trail and West Coast Trail, on Vancouver Island. The bad didn't leak once and kept my sleeping bag dry.
Airpurge Dry Compression Sack 10L
Will this fit a 20 degree tall sleeping bag?
It also really depends on what the bag is made of. If it is synthetic you can pretty much forget about it. You might be ok if it's 800+ fill down.
Hi Rob D,
It might be a tight fit in the 10L. I'd be best to check with your sleeping bag manufacturer for the optimal size compression sack. If your manufacturer is unable to provide that information, I'd suggest purchasing both the 10L and 15L and returning the one that doesn't meet your needs.
Thanks for contacting OR!
