Love this jacket

Great jacket for hiking, walking around town or running.

Why no zippers

It is really stylish, but was disappointed when I I noticed there were no zippers on the hand pockets.

Great lightweight layer

Great base layer for skiing or cold weather trail hiking/running. Very very light weight and packable. Its a go to layer that doesn't sit around long before wearing again! I don't know why the zippers on the side pockets were omitted. Big design flaw in my opinion.

Great layer for all activities!

Great layer for whatever you're doing! I got this layer two weeks ago and have wore it running, cycling, climbing, and out for a drink... its really awesome everywhere! Obviously, its not going to keep you that warm if you aren't moving, but its breathable and keeps your core warm while not overheating other parts of your body while on the move. I especially love the thinner back that lets my back stay a comfortable temp while hoofing uphill with a pack on. I am excited to wear it during ski season!

Best piece of clothing I've bought in years!

I debated on buying this piece for well over a year. I finally gave in and bought it and it is the best piece of gear/clothing I've had in years. So far it has accompanied me on evenings out as an outside layer when it's not too cold, but cold enough you want something over a t-shirt. It has spent many cold mornings on long runs and is the best running layer I've had for these temps. It is breathable and lightweight, while also keeping me warm. I love having finger holes to be able to pull the sleeves down over my hands while it's still warming up while I'm running. This is a great piece and I will recommend it to everyone! I'm looking forward to using it for ski touring this winter. I believe it'll be an ideal uphill piece.

Love this!

Super cute, comfortable, and professional, I love this jacket!

close/snug fit - would probably only wear over one base layer.

Pefect for Confusing Weather

This is a great piece for when the weather is a bit... confusing. I tossed it on before a mountain run this morning - expecting to leave it in the car. Turns out, it was a nippy 37 degrees at the trailhead and I didn't want to part with it. As the weather warmed up, a bitter wind kicked up, so I was really glad to have this piece. I didn't overheat in the sun, and I didn't chill in the wind (note: I would not describe this piece as windproof - it was just nice insulation in the chill). Other plus: although this piece is not designated packable, I stuffed it into the chest pocket and tossed it in my running pack at the end of the day. Was surprised something so substantial would "pack." I did think the sizing was a wee big. I'm 5'5", 120 pounds and got the small. It fits nicely, but is a bit loose in the waist. If you are seriously between sizes, I'd go down. Otherwise, pleased how this worked for active insulation

Bought it as a gift and now I want one too. =)

My daughter borrowed this product during a wilderness trip she attended through Girls Outdoor Leadership Development Program from the YMCA People's Center Seattle. Apparently, she wore the coat non-stop for her month trip, falling in love with it and begging me to find it upon her return home. She wanted to continue to wear it both at school and on our family adventures. Needless to say, this is the only item she purchased for her back-to-school shopping as it was her entire budget. She wears it almost every morning while waiting for the bus and I find it tied around her waist when I get home. She continues to love it. Nice work making a coat that my daughter absolutely adores.

Love the color and hood

I was surprised the material in the arms and the back were so thin. You have great mobility but zero warmth. I was a little disappointed in the material. The only reason I didn't sent it back is the coat will work well to conceal my weapon.
