- Great Product-- One of the best-- But TOO BIG! (Review by Christopher)
This is the best expedition dry bag for sea kayaking. Believe me, after 3000 miles kayaking around southeast, this is it. Tough and lightweight. Your vinyl bags will tear at the joints. These keep going. And these Durable Bags are the ONLY bags that have a chance of surviving actual Alaska expedition use. However......
SADLY--- Outdoor Research eliminated the sizes that are actually USEFUL to kayakers, leaving only the USELESSLY LARGE sizes.
Expedition sea kayakers need lots of 5l, 10l, and maybe one 15l bag. OR decided to eliminate these sizes, apparently--- leaving me to buy either the "lightweight" backpacking drybags that rip after a single trip. OR! Please dont make me buy SeaToSummit!!! Bring back the USEFUL sizes! No kayaker can use the huge sizes you offer! Thank you!
