- #3 is a nice toiletry bag (Review by Bryan)
I bought the Backcountry Organizer #3 to make a serious medical kit for backcountry work and I'm sorry that this didn't suit my needs because it is a really nice bag. I didn't know when I ordered the bag that it is purpose-built as a toiletries bag but it is exactly that, complete with the hook to hang it up in a hotel/hostel bathroom. I expected the bag to be able to accomodate all of my basic med stuff including my Littmann stethoscope and Sphygmomanometer but it is a bit too tight. It would work quite well for most people as a first aid bag for your car or kayak but I carry far more medical stuff than most folks. As a bag for your toothbrush and basic hygiene stuff while travelling, this will be great. I may use it to replace my leather shave kit for air travel because it is much lighter. The build quality is rock solid as you would expect from OR. I'm dinging the product 1 star simply because it was advertised as an "organizer" when in reality it is a "toiletry bag" and should be marketed as such.

- Good organizer! (Review by Relski)
Works really well at organizing essentials. I use the #1 for a first aid kit, keeps things easily and quickly accessible.

holds all the things you don't already have a specific place for.
i've owned one for about ten years and it still gets used all the time.

- Great product (Review by Part businesswoman, part backpacker)
I have two of these. I'm using one as a first-aid kit for short and medium trips (I have the smaller size) and another as storage for go-to items (wallet, cellphone, basic first aid, flashlight, matches, a small spoon).
