What is your Return Policy?
Your complete and total satisfaction with our product is our goal. Our Infinite Guarantee® means we’re happy to issue a full refund for gear with which you are not completely satisfied. Start the return process by following the steps below, or call our Customer Service Department at 855 967 8197 M-F 7am to 5pm PST and we’ll be happy to help you. Please include the original packaging and tags with the item(s) you are returning. Please also note that online store credit will be provided in the event we are unable to process your credit card refund. Online store credit has no expiration date and is good for purchases in our online store only.

I love my OR gear but want to make an exchange - What do I do?
We want to make sure the gear you have is perfect for you. Our exchanges are processed as new orders. Start this process by following the steps below to return the item(s) with which you are not satisfied, and then place a new order for the size/color you need. This will ensure you get your gear as soon as possible, with the best stock availability. Shipping charges may apply to new orders. If you have any questions, please call our Customer Service Department at 855 967 8197 M-F 7am to 5pm PST.

How to make a return:

  • We suggest using a carrier that can provide tracking information for the gear you return to us.

  • Labeling your shipment with your Return # will help expedite the return process.

  • Returns are processed within two weeks of arriving to our Returns Department. Once we verify your return, you will receive an email alerting you to the status of your refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Please note that if item(s) are returned from an order that used online store credit, the amount of store credit will be refunded first. Anything exceeding that will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase.
