RATING AND REVIEWS

Exactly what I was looking for

5

Was looking for a lightweight, waterproof, outer shell to take on a family trip to Ireland when a rainstorms can appear within minutes. Have needed it every day and works perfectly.

Love this jacket

Love the fit!! The XL is big enough to go over an insulating mid-layer without being too bulky when wearing it alone.

Perfect for exercise and exploring in the rain

This is a great product. It's waterproof yet amazingly breathable. I love how the material feels, its soft and doesnt stick to your skin. It's also well built, and looks like it will withstand years of use. I've run in the snow in 30 degree weather and I've mountain biked in 55 degree pouring rain, and both times I stayed dried and it doesn't hold in the sweat. I really love this jacket, great for those who want to do cardio in the rain.

Overall good jacket. Would prefer a different liner color other than white.

Does the job

4

Does the job of protecting from weather. Very light, packs well. Only gripe is it seems a little on smaller side and tapers down differently than other OR jackets.

Waterproof With No Crunchy, Crinkle!

5

The Panorama Point replaces a 15 year old Gortex hard shell and has lived up to everything I expected from this standard piece for the outdoor enthusiast. The piece has a solid design. I love the feel of the stretch. Ouiet, no crunchy crinkle. In black it would be the perfect addition to the gear of a Ninja.

Outstanding Product

5

Great product and met all my needs, yet the XL seemed a little tight compared to other similar types of jackets.

On day 1 I was in the pouring rain and mud building a mtn bike trail...on my knees wrestling with a rock. I realized it probably wasnt a good idea to be wearing my brand new jacket...but thats how i roll...my gear needs to be tough and durable and protect me from the elements. The Large fit me (5'9" and 180) perfectly and is not at all restrictive around my shoulders / chest. I like how the cuffs fit and are adjustable - as well as the waist cinch. I appreciate the burly front zipper and the fact that it is able to open / vent from the bottom. The armpit vents are great and while exerting myself in the cold i was able to keep my temperature under control. When i stopped for a rest - I zipped everything closed and noticed the difference. It packs down nice and small..not as small as the Helium II..but then it feels suitably thicker and more durable than the Helium. I am pretty stoked...this jacket will be used for mountain biking / trail building and will be an emergency jacket in my backpack when i head out for a split tour without my full ski jacket. It passed the test on day 1 and I am ready for another PNW winter

Great jacket, if it didn't have such a strange fit

This jacket style looks great. I love the grey and orange. Unfortunately, the sizing of this jacket is alittle strange. It is tight through the chest and torso, but the sleeves are too long and roomy. I tend to be a pretty standard size male, 5' 10" and 175 lbs. and in good shape. I would think the sizing of this would only work for a minority of people who are slender and have long big arms. I sent it back, so I can't comment on any functional issues.
