RATING AND REVIEWS

Unstitching after first wear (driving a Segway)

1

I am driving a Segway under the sun so I decided to buy these pair of gloves due I can manipulate my cellphone during use, I have other OR gloves on my collection so I decided to upgrade them for the Aerator, my surprise was that after the first use it was unstitching driving a Segway, I don`t want to know what will happen with them if I go to hike for summer this year. I regret of having recommended to my friends before wearing them.

These are great for shooting

5

I got these gloves for primarily for shooting, some hunting, and when I deploy to the field with the Army. The gloves are perfect for all these functions. I can manipulate and operate all my weapons really well with them. I also like the hunt and deploy with them when the weather is warm because my hands don't overheat, they're easy to get on and off even when sweaty, and they work so well with weapons, and they are really rugged. They have protected my hands from all sorts of abuse so far. Great gloves.

Great hot weather glove

5

These gloves were exactly what I needed for shooting and scouting during the hot months in Mississippi. I like to shoot a lot (pistols, rifles, shotguns) and like to scout a lot to pattern the deer on our hunting property. These gloves are working great for me so far. I can manipulate all my weapons just fine and have good feel for the triggers (not as grippy as the Ironsight Sensor gloves but these work just fine). I can also hike through the hills just fine - they're standing up to the scrub and prickers and keeping the poison ivy off my skin.

Truly Awful Quality. OR should be ashamed

1

These gloves are a HUGE disappointment and did not last through a one day outing. They cannot take any rough surfaces, wear or tear. I spent a day in the Cleveland National Forest hiking through manzanita bushes, scrub brush and scrambling over boulders. One day of use ended up literally shredding the palm material on the thumb and fingers. See the pictures. I have a lot of Outdoor Research jackets, gloves, pants and so on. I've climbed a fair number of mountains, I kayak, mountain bike, backpack and am a part timer in the USCG. I know what good quality is supposed to be and OR failed me on these gloves.

Gloves fell apart

2

Used the gloves very sparingly due to climate issues, finally broke them out on a range day, a couple hours in holes started appearing, then more to the point I had to retrieve another pair of gloves.

Good fair weather glove

4

Bought these gloves for early season archery. Overall good glove. Love that you can use smartphone touchscreens with the glove on. Backs of the gloves snag easy on blackberry bushes and the leather is a little thin. Little worried about the fit when I first tried them on. Seemed tight on the web between thumb and finger. Seems to stretch out after using.

How to measure

Measure around a flat hand at the knuckles,do not include your thumb. Also measure your hand length from the base of your palm to the end of your middle finger. Use the larger of the two measurements to select your glove size.
