The only kid with this jacket at work

I am stationed in Florida. Storms are common, but a thick jacket is not necessary. I first saw the Infiltrator at the Army convention, AUSA in 2016. It is a nice jacket, intelligently designed for Soldiers.

I am an active duty Soldier.. Stationed in Florida never that cold but rainy and windy. This jacket is perfect. Not 100% sure if it is authorized with uniform but the are no E9s here to bust my chops.

I'm 5"9', 215lbs and I've got a very stalky build(possibly due to beer, bourbon and squats but that's irrelevant) and was wondering what size jacket I should purchase? I've got a Large rain jacket and it is snug around the chest and I wanted this for layering. Would and XL be too long for this use?

Hi Chris, The CF (center front) length, CB (center back) length, and sleeve length may be too long for your build. This chest measurement is 48" for a Large, the chest increases or decreases 3" for each additional size up or down. The shoulder width is 19.5" for a Large, the shoulder width increases or decreases 1" for each additional size up or down. The CF length is 25 7/8" for a Large, the CF length increases or decreases 1" for each additional size up or down. The CB length is 30", the CB length increases or decreases 1" for each additional size up or down. The sleeve length is 37.5" for a Large, the sleeve length increases or decreases 1" for each additional size up or down. Hope that helps! Thanks for contacting OR,
