RATING AND REVIEWS

Love these gloves!

I've used these gloves for the entire 17/18 ski season. 55 ski days and counting. Even on the coldest days (high of 5) they work great. On really cold days I turn them on high for 2-3 minutes to warm up my hands the set it back to medium. Since the high setting really heats quickly my hands are nice and warm when I get off the lift. Batteries have lasted over 5 hours. Only negative I had to get a replacement battery, but the warranty service was quick and easy.

Lowest setting can't be felt in extreme cold but presumably is a net positive. Highest setting great for a quick warm up of frozen hands. These gloves are fun to wear at night because of bright led light for the heat setting (think Star Wars - although good for nighttime biking visibility I suppose). But I found this valuable in daytime skiing in bright sun. These gloves do what they were designed to do. Satisfied. Also, charger now charges four batteries at once.

I have worn the Capstone glove 8 times, for 4-5 hour periods downhill skiing, in temperature from the mid teens to the mid 20's. For me, the fit, grip and apparent quality is very good. The warmth on the thumb and back of hand is very good, but I would like to have greater warmth on the finger joints and tips. It is a very good glove and my criticism is simply my opinion.

Solid glove. The batteries are a bit heavy. They for sure will keep you warm. I have a pretty big hand and medium fits well.

I just came back from a ski trip and loved the gloves! My hands are always cold when I ski or do outdoor activities during the winter. These gloves are the BOMB. I would turn them on Hi and adjust the temp. down as needed. No temperature issues here, they get plenty hot. Batteries don't last all day but if you adjust as needed you will have no issues. I do plan on getting an extra set of batteries. The gloves are thick and stiff but have loosened up quite a bit over the past few weeks and become much more comfortable.

I purchased these gloves for the winter deer hunting season. I returned them after three or four uses because one of the gloves would not turn on most of the time. When they did work, they kept my hands warm when the outside temperature was 15-20 deg. F. Although the large gloves fit snugly, the trigger finger barely fit into the trigger guard. This prohibited quick moves with that finger---okay in a blind but not good for off-hand shooting.. BTW: The charger provided can charge four batteries at one time---a capability not obvious on the website description.

Inadequate for cold fingers

Wrists and base of thumbs plenty warm, too warm really, Practically no heat to the fingers on high in 0 degree F weather. Cold fingers and occasional Reynaud's syndrome are my problems. These gloves, unfortunately, are not the solution.

I would recommend and buy this product again.

Gloves seem to be well made and durable so far. Even with the heat on maximum I still have one finger that gets cold. Some days the gloves keep my hands toasty warm without heat. I am pleased so far.

Purchased these for skiing. My hands are always cold. Always. These gloves are substantial; the back strap adjusts well, and they do warm up! On the low setting; my fingers remain cold. I will purchase another set of batteries so I don't have to worry about running them on the higher settings for extended periods

How to measure

Measure around a flat hand at the knuckles,do not include your thumb. Also measure your hand length from the base of your palm to the end of your middle finger. Use the larger of the two measurements to select your glove size.
