If you have the ferossi hooded jacket - the medium in this fits just as perfect as the medium in the ferossi. If you've gotten the echo short or long sleeve, I found I had to size down to a small to fit athletically, where this is perfect in the medium. 6 foot, 175lbs. Flattering cut, and love that there aren't thumb loops, the clever thumb hold works perfectly with the length.
