RATING AND REVIEWS

Nice jacket and a very good additional layer for the winter

A hood less one would have been perfect but, it was on sale so I couldn't turn it down.

Great Multi Purpose Jacket

- Jacket does fit snug, I typically wear Large and I needed an Extra Large jacket. - Overall fit is quite comfortable, it has become my everyday go to. - Sizing in shoulders and upper back is tight when reaching overhead or using hands at face height, but fabric has good stretch to it. - did not test in wet conditions Disclaimer - I`m 6'6", so I never expect clothing lengths/sizing to be perfect. Pros: Great jacket liner for cold outdoor activities, tough shell means you can layer down to it and have faith it won`t get torn up, windproof design is good bonus. Cons - Heavier than a puffy and does not compress as well. Tight in shoulders.

My new above 20 degree go to.

This has become my go to for anything in to 20-50 degree range. I live in the mountains of Wyoming where we experience high wind speeds, cold weather and tons of snow. This jacket has far exceeded expectations. Keep in mind that it is on the heavy side that makes it feel like a blanket for your upper body but won't be your best option for technical pursuits where weight and space restrictions are important. It also runs on the smaller size so order a size up.

Great jacket

My only suggestion is that the lining material is not smooth, it has some friction to it when you put it on, you have to grab the sleeve with your other arm, and really push your arm through it hard to get the sleeves pulled up all the way. Very comfy, great looking jacket. It's a daily wear for me in Alaska.

Great jacket

Great jacket for around 50* weather. I feel it is more trim fit than standard. I can wear most long sleeve shirts under, but a loose hoody it tight. I love this jacket and I have got a lot of compliments on it. I'm ready for some mild days to bust it out again.

A nice new addition to the Ferrosi line :)

This is a great jacket. I've been wearing it for the last 2 weeks in NC. It's gotten pretty cold here between 20-40 degrees in the morning. In the mornings it keeps you pretty warm even when your just standing around waiting for the day to start. It is a little tight in the shoulders for me. I am 6'3" 210 lbs athletic build. I bought a XL. I've been wearing this with the ignitor short sleeve tee and sequence long sleeve zip top. The three together have kept me pretty warm :)

Great fitting HD jacket

I've been searching out a synthetic puffy that is durable - a tall order. Something like a work jacket by C*****T but without the bulk and weight. Something like a P******A puffy but durable. The winter Ferrosi is real close. Wore it 4 days straight in the field and it was plenty warm down to 10 F. Had to do some wrenching, and the jacket barely looks like it. A few times that would have torn a silly light nylon shell did nothing. Only con is also a plus. This jacket is meant to be the one layer, so it is lined with cozy brushed fleece. Pulling it over an underlayer can be tricky.

Great Hoodie, ( jacket)! Great wind protection, purchased this for fall weather, but I am still wearing it at -20C. Works great with a warm layer under if using as a jacket. Blocks out the wind like a charm and is super water resistant, like I poured a cup of water on the jacket..... and it shed right off in seconds!
