RATING AND REVIEWS

Um.....

It fits well overall but is wide at the waist and crotch hangs low. It appears waterproof but the jury is still out. I have a hard time seeing this material hold up to the eastern rain Overall it's decent for the price so I'd recommend it.

The Igneo's Ignite!

5

One of the best fitting, lightweight pairs of ski pants I've ever owned. A staple in my gear.

super warm

4

Wore these pants for the first time in pouring rain night skiing. I stayed pretty dry. They did wet out be didn't seem to soak through. They are super warm...maybe a little to warm for the spring. i have enjoyed them outside but over heat inside while in the patrol/exam room. Vents could be a little bigger to dump more heat. Also dissapointed about the lack of zippers on the bottom. There is enough room to get them up to get my boots on and off but zippers would be welcomed. I'm 6'2" 230lbs and normally a size 38 waist. The pants fit well but not much room in the waist for me. Over all i'm happy with the pants. I will be looking for a shell to wear when the weather gets warmer.

Who is this made for?

Couldn't get one leg in the pants. Way too small. OR makes excellent clothes but what's up with the zippers!? Terrible.

Great Pant but want my gray ones back...

4

Been coaching ski racing in this pant for years. Goes on at 6:30 and comes off at 4:30pm. Incredibly comfortable, and despite one inseam failure in one of the three pairs I have owned, they have been pretty durable for such a soft fabric. Love the mid thigh pocket for my radio as it is easy to reach. I am a 34 waist and need my belt for my size large to stay up. Would prefer the charcoal gray of a few years back though... and compared to the other pants in the line why so few colors?

Great Ski Pants for On- or Off-Piste

4

I use these every time I ski - on or off piste. I love the design features and have been incredibly happy wearing these while skiing. I wouldn't use these for ski-touring since I tend to get pretty warm, but I appreciate the insulation when skiing at resorts - never been too cold or too hot. The only annoying thing is that the buttons come undone when I'm skiing. I'm not sure if that's only a problem when the pants run big, which they do on me, but I solved it by using suspenders. Note - size M, which normally fits me with OR pants, is too big for a size 32" waist (too big, like the Goldrush Jeans)

Awesome pants, a bit big

Awesome pants match the jacket perfectly... but I'd say the sizing is a bit off, too big

Great Resort Pant

5

I use these as my resort pant as i prefer a insulated pant for when you are sitting on the cold lift in the harsh wind. These pants work great for that. Took them out to Brighton weekend after opening, it was very windy and started to snow late in the day, temps in the high 20's. I wore just my sequence base lawyer underneath and was very comfortable all day. the ability to open vents is also a huge plus for those who only have one pant for all conditions. If it is a warm spring or if i am touring i use my skyward pants which allow me greater scale up and down as needed. Nice pocket lay outs, and zippers. for referrence i am 6'4, 210 LBs, muscular build with thick quads/hams/glutes, I found these pants to be the perfect balance of room for maneuvering and close fit.

My go to ski pants !

4

Have been skiing the Ignio pant since it came out. 50 to 80 days a season. Pros are versatility, wearability and waterproofness. Cons are fit, rise too low one year, inseam too short the next, snaps that did not stay snapped last season and lastly really weak on color selection and color coordination with the rest of the line.
