Can be the a quality tool fishing with a longer bill. Perfect under bill color . Adjustment for head sizing was over engineered. All said and done a good visor . Would recommend.

I've now purchased at least 5 Radars for myself and others

I've purchased a half dozen Radar hats / visors for myself and friends, and I will likely keep buying them. My wife in particular loves the visor, and we've gifted various versions of it to most of her family where it is equally loved. I personally mostly use the Radar caps to protect my head, and have one that is nearly a decade old and another I recently picked up. This one is now my go-to run hat, and it has been great.

Best Visor

We now have 3 visors in different colors. We love that it is foldable and easy to resize. The band does not cause extra pressure giving one a headache. We wear the visors running in Florida on the road and trails.

Excellent foldable visor!

Really like this visor. Easy to throw in a bag and it retains its shape. The only thing I'm not crazy about is how it feels above the ears. I'm more aware of the fabric than I'd like to be when wearing it, as there's a slight bulge against the ears. Could just be me, don't know. Great visor in general though!

Light, functional, fold-able!

Have yet to put it through the ringer but keeps sun/rain out of my eyes and love that I can shove it in a pocket without destroying it. Dont feel bad about carrying it into the backcountry or up a route.

Perfect for hot days in the sun (or at the gym)

Wear this cap all the time. The split bill allows me to pack it without worrying about deformation of shape, and the grey color doesn't overheat in the sun. East to rinse and quickly dry after sweating. Top notch quality.

Love this visor

I love this visor...I am a visor gal because I have a pretty big head, I wear an 8 in sized hats, "one size fits all" is a LIE! I ordered this in black and I'm going to get it in dark green now. The crease in the middle makes it squish into packs and it springs back to shape on my head. It's hard to find a good visor any more, it seems trucker hats have taken over the world. Thanks OR!

Always In My Back Pocket!

If it's above 50 degrees F, then this visor is sitting on my head under my helmet when I'm climbing. So light and durable! Perfect for blocking the sun and stopping the sweat.

Perfect Running Visor

5

I bought this visor after trying out 4 or 5 different visors/hats while training for a Half Ironman. By the time you start your run in a 70.3 you are about four hours into the race already, so staying cool is priority numero uno. This visor performed admirably - the fabric is very lightweight, the body of the visor is low enough to leave the entire top of your head exposed but high enough to hold on when it gets windy, the inner band does a great job of keeping sweat away, and the brim is large enough to keep the sun out of your eyes without being so large as to look goofy. I like to tilt my head back and pour water down my head and back at aid stations, and the sweatband was sufficient to keep the excess water in my hair from running into my eyes. Score. Some features I love that I didn't know about when I bought the visor: - The adjustment on the back is a type of flat nylon that is passed through a quick-release buckle, and the extra strap tail tucks into the visor so it isn't flopping around. This is great because on long runs any rhythmic smacking on the back of my head from a loose strap would probably drive me crazy. No issues with that here. - The one size actually fits all. I have a huge noggin (XL sometimes doesn't fit me) and I still had enough adjustability. - There is a short (~1") elastic section stitched where the quick release buckle for the adjustment strap is attached to the visor. This was nice for any time I readjusted the hat on my head because the elastic gives some flexibility in the size without having to adjust the strap at the buckle. This kept the visor from blowing off my head even when I propped it up high. - Washability is a 5/5. Running hats get salt patches on them from sweat, and I just tossed this visor in with my regular laundry loads and pulled it out before things hit the dryer. Tl;dr - buy the visor. All my running hats are now relegated to cold weather use, and this visor reigns supreme when I'm running in sun.
