So, I am a huge fan of OR products. Most of my outdoor clothing is OR. I was super excited when I first received these gloves because they were so lightweight, but I could tell immediately that they are warm. On my first time out with them, I was skinning up my local ski hill and they were incredibly warm. When i got tot he top of my skin, I wa nervous at first because they were soaked inside with sweat. It was about -5 out and they kept my hands warm enough to produce that much sweat. However, my hands stayed very warm and over the season, Ive noticed that the moisture wicks out quickly. I wear them in the -10 to +25 degree range. Colder than -10 and I throw on my OR overmitts. I would give these 5 stars except for one thing. The orange material and the light colored periwinkle color around the wrist areas, is very thin and already the orange material has separated from the black grip material. Completely blown out. Ive worn them less than 3 dozen times. I noticed on the first couple of times I wore them that the orange material frays very easily. My wife has the womens version and the material on the entire glove is bomber, like the ocean blue material on these. I will be returning these and hoping for a material change in next years. If more durably made these would be the best glove EVER.
