This is the first item I have ordered from OR that I am truly disappointed with. The vest either came with a tear in the seam near the left picket or it tore within a day or two of receiving it. I'm honestly not sure which. OR responded to my warranty exchange request within a week or so and offered to exchange the vest, however, they would not exchange it for the same size and color even though it was in stock and they required that I pay to have the vest shipped back to them and that I pay the shipping for the replacement vest. I could understand this if I had just changed my mind or didn't like what I ordered but considering it was being returned due to faulty manufacturing I really think it should be OR's responsibility to cover the shipping costs. This seems like very poor customer service to me and I will be thinking twice before ordering from them again.
