      Comments about Women's Clairvoyant Jacket:

Just got this jacket and am super impressed with the fit and style. The fabric is super soft and the colour is even nicer than it looked online. I purchased this jacket as a shell to wear over my down jacket and it fits perfectly. Haven't had a chance to test it out in bad weather yet but I can't wait to!

      Comments about Women's Clairvoyant Jacket:

I've had this jacket for several years now, and I still love it. It has held up fairly well, maintaining its waterproofness, which is huge for someone who works outside from April to November. It fits great over a fleece base layer (I'm 5'3" and got a medium). The only wear I'm seeing is around the cuffs of the sleeves, and the nifty piece that stiffens the front of the hood broke really early on when I had to stuff the jacket in a backpack. Really, those are very small complaints about an otherwise very reliable jacket.

        Comments about Women's Clairvoyant Jacket:

I have used this jacket on a muggy day walking through Seattle to summit inn Mt Adams. The Gortex active really makes a huge difference. I have found it difficult to find ski coats that I like and fits my body well. This jacket does just that! I feel very confident in the jacket and love the color!

        Comments about Women's Clairvoyant Jacket:

I bought this jacket after losing my Aspire on the boat one day. I liked that this had non-taped zippers, had the grey and blue coloring and was listed as breathable. Breathable and waterproof indeed! I do miss the pit-zips some days, but not most. This jacket is lightweight, quiet (which can be important when working with wildlife) and definitely rainproof!

Comments about OR Women's Clairvoyant Jacket:

This has become my favorite backpacking jacket. As a guide in Patagonia, it fits the bill as a wind breaker, rain jacket, and breathes incredibly well. The material is comfortable and light, but durable for rock scrambling and bush whacking. I've had it for a year and it still looks great!

This Jacket is amazing! Beautifully waterproof, tough in the field, and built to last. The color is even more vibrant in person(wisteria). This is OR's best waterproof jacket I have ever owned.

Comments about OR Women's Clairvoyant Jacket:

Everything you could want in a goretex jacket. So light, comfortable, breathable, soft. The fit is incredible. The face fabric isn't as durable as others because of all the amazing features aforementioned. After 3 years of hard use mine is wearing through in rub zones, which is to be expected. I still wear it all the time as a windproof layer, such as backcountry skiing in the winter, and in other situations where the waterproofing isn't as critical.

        My main shell

Comments about OR Women's Clairvoyant Jacket:

Finally. A waterproof shell that is soft and supple, not at all heavy and works well year round - great for backpacking and for cold winter skiing. I got it in large (5'7", 150) so I can wear a down puffy underneath and it fits perfectly. It is also more breathable than past waterproof shells and even though I run hot, I can wear it skinning uphill without sweating too much. I like the 'tailored' cut which doesn't always work for me but it does in this jacket. I got this last year and my only issue is that the zippers are a little stiff but other than that, I love it!

Comments about OR Women's Clairvoyant Jacket:

My favorite thing about this coat is the material. As others have said, it is soft and supple and moves well with your body. This also helps it pack well when you stuff it in a backpack. The lack of pit-zips is definitely a drawback. I have a medium, and it fits very well (5'4" 140 lbs) and has a nice looking cut. However, it is too snug when I try to put a lightweight puffy under it for those times when the precip is kinda snow but super wet. The Aspire raincoat is cut much better to layer underneath.

Comments about OR Women's Clairvoyant Jacket:

I bought this jacket for upcoming ski touring season as I heard that Gore was thinking about canceling this fabric and I wanted something water proof, but quiet. I am happy that they decided to keep it! Because of the crazy weather this season in Colorado, I have worn this jacket constantly. It is lightweight, very breathable, and is quiet like a soft shell. It has been light enough that I am not too hot wearing it. The hood is helmet compatible and covers well. I am 5'9" and 127 pounds and bought a size small in Sangria. The fit is generous for me to layer, but tailored enough to look good over a t shirt. It is more beautiful in life than in the picture because it is a heathered rose color and I get many compliments on it. This fabric is not available in a men's jacket unfortunately as some of my male climbing and skiing partners ask me where they can get one too. I am going to try this jacket as an outer layer for skiing and ice climbing in the winter as I think it will stand up to the elements quite nicely. It is spendy, but so far a great investment.
