I bought these for mountain biking on trails and on gravel roads in 20-45 degree weather (F). I pair them with the Shuck Mitts when it is windy or super cold, and shed the shuck mitts when I'm in the trees or it isn't as cold. I don't think they are necessarily rated for 10-20 F, but as long as I work my hands to a warm temp with biking or running and then don't let them cool down, these gloves keep them warm. When it is a little warmer (25F+), especially in the trees, these keep my hands very warm and are a great fit for working shifters, brake levers, etc. They fit my tiny hands great and I feel like a fully functional person vs a cartoon character, which is how gloves usually make me feel because they are often too big for me. I love the pull-on loops and am grateful they come in a color besides black because it makes them easier to find in my gear black hole. The sensors work incredibly well, and I was worried the gloves would feel colder in the sensor areas but they don't! They feel great everywhere.
