Just What I Was Looking For

I needed a hooded down jacket that was packable for a cruise to Alaska. This jacket was perfect! It kept me warm while walking around in blustery 35 degree Skagway, as well as during several hours of on deck scenic cruising in Glacier Bay. Love the sea green colors!

Not particularly happy with this jacket. I wore it for this last winter season just casually, nothing hardcore, and it already has holes forming. The lining gets stuck in the pocket zippers all the time, one time it was so stuck it took ten minutes to get my keys out of the pocket. I'm a short person and I feel like this jacket could be an inch or two longer, it was always riding up higher than I liked and exposing my lower back. Also, if you're being active and sweating the pit stains are visible which I've never seen in a down jacket before. I will say it kept me warm in sub-freezing temps with a wool layer underneath and it is really cute. I will be retiring the jacket to get beat up in the field now and finding something else for next winter.

Pretty but very thin-feathered.

This is a really pretty down jacket--or, rather, sweater. I sent it back because it wasn't warm enough. Indoors, 68 degrees--and my arms were cold! I loved the way the hood fit, and it seems like a very nice layer--another down sweater underneath and a shell over. I was looking for a warmer down coat. I'm 5'6", 143, usually wear medium. This was a roomy medium.

Great every day, and then some

This jacket is great as an everyday warmth layer during the winter season. The cozy hood, easy waistband cinching and fleece-lined pockets make this great to warm up even during windy conditions. The fabric finish repels a light drizzle, which is great if you get caught out in the rain, and this jacket is light enough to layer under a rain shell when the rain becomes more serious. I'm so excited to have this extra layer in my collection. Bonus: the contrasting colors work great, both on the trail, and to stand out in the city.

Such a great addition to my OR gear!

I use this product as my outer lay on cold days. Since it has a hood, it's great for light rain and snow.

A solid purchase.

I went for a puffy upgrade as I live at around 8,000 feet this winter, and I'm not disappointed. I especially love the sinch on the hood for a more perfect fit and the fleece lined pockets. I'm 5'2 and sized up from a Small to Medium to layer on cold climbing days, and it's sizeably larger, but still very worth it. Great jacket for cold and dry conditions up high!

Best down jacket I've ever worn

I've had this jacket for a few weeks now and I have worn it every single day. It's so lightweight I wouldn't think twice about packing it for a trip. and it's still very warm! I live in Colorado where the winters are dry, but we had a very cold February. I wore it on a single-digit morning while walking to work and I felt very warm and cozy! It's not bulky at all and it fits very well. It's not very breathable, so over-heating is very possible, but as a person who is always cold, I don't mind! I bought an XS (5'4" 115 lbs) but I can still layer a fleece underneath and feel comfortable. The jacket blocks out wind and wintery conditions very well! The purple color is so pretty too.

Good jacket

Very lightweight and packable. I wore this snowshoeing on a 4 F degree day with 2 layers underneath and was comfortable. The hood is very warm and comfortable. Overall, I'm pleased with the quality, weight and warmth.

I want this jacket in every color!

I would buy this jacket in all colors, fit is true and so soft and comfortable and not to heavy or bulky. Color is great and goes with everything. Had so many compliments on it.

Perfect for me

Love the two-tone color, great fit. Great as a layer or on its own. I'm just over 5'3", almost 130 lbs athletic build, small is just right.
