Rock Climbing
When you rappel off a safely bolted anchor or clip a solid 3/8” bolt on a route in a wilderness area, it didn’t just grow there on its own. The Access Fund works with local and regional land managers — who make the rules whether bolting is allowed or not — as well as policymakers in Washington, D.C., to ensure public lands retain safe policies for climbers.
