We offer direct or comparable replacements from our current stock as resolution for approved claims. ● The best replacement option is chosen on review and approval of your claim by our warranty team. ● Please ensure accuracy of your information (email, shipping address, phone number) to ensure a smooth warranty replacement process.
Response times for warranty claims are currently within 3 - 4 business weeks.
We do not currently offer a repair service.

Yes! As long as your item is made by Outdoor Research, and has not yet been warrantied through a retailer, it is covered under our Infinite Guarantee.
We do not accept gift returns. For items received as a gift, we recommend working with the person who purchased the item for you to make a return or exchange with the original vendor.
Outdoor Research, as a part of the outdoor industry community, has been fortunate enough to help others in need.
