The Fine Print:

  • Customers must be at least 18 years of age to rent gear.
  • Customers are responsible for all damages to rental gear and will be charged full retail value for all lost gear.
  • Customers must leave their credit card information or a cash deposit equal to the retail value of all rented goods as a deposit against non-returned gear.
  • Reservations can be made at any time. Payment for the rental will be taken when the reservation is made.
  • Cancellations must be made by noon the day before the scheduled pick-up day for a full refund; if cancellation is not made in time, customers will be charged for a 3 day rental for each reserved item.
  • We greatly appreciate rental gear returned clean and dry!
  • Climbing boots MUST be brought in for crampon rental. No boots, no crampons, no exception! Beacon rentals do not include batteries.
