Sharing a name with our VerticalX™ SuperStrand technology, the SuperStrand LT Vest is as light and lofty as 700-800 fill down while retaining warm-when-wet performance qualities. Its ripstop nylon fabric resists abrasions and shields against wind and light precipitation. A unique discontinuous quilting pattern reduces stitching and creates an uninterrupted warmth flow. Additionally, this piece packs into an ultralight average of 10 oz. and compresses down to the size of your palm. The SuperStrand LT Vest gives the best warmth-to-weight ratio, ideal for wearing over base layers and layering under hard shells for whatever weather and temperature encountered.
