Our US warehouse crew usually ships online orders within 1-2 business days (including 2 Day) from the time they are placed. Canada online orders usually ship within 2-3 business days from the time they are placed. During sale periods, processing times may increase by an additional 1-2 business days. *Orders placed after 11am PST on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Estimated delivery times do not include processing/pending time/holidays. Orders are not able to be canceled or edited. Please allow 48hrs after processing for a tracking update.
We ship all US orders out of our Seattle, WA warehouse using FedEx or USPS. Canadian orders ship out of our Kamloops, BC warehouse using best method ground shipping. As soon as your order leaves our location, an email confirmation will be sent to you with a link to your tracking number.
Within Washington state, paying for 2-day shipping may not be necessary. Ground Shipping typically takes 1-2 days business days, and Fed Ex Ground Economy typically takes 2-4 business days, but neither are guaranteed to arrive that quickly.
Orders can be placed online and picked up at our Seattle, WA Flagship store or at our Des Moines, WA Outlet store. Pickup orders may take up to 48 hours to process and will be held for 10 days. Retail store hours can be found here.

We offer 2-day shipping within the continental United States (sorry, no AK, HI, Canada, or US Territories) via FedEx for a fixed rate of $25.95. Please note that orders are typically shipped 1-2 business days from the time they are placed. Orders placed after 11am PST on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Expedited shipments do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
